From my first steps in development, I found in technology a way to turn ideas into reality and help people. My journey has been guided by curiosity and a constant desire to learn and share knowledge, leading me to specialize in Artificial Intelligence and lead technology teams.

I believe that technology gives people superpowers, and with great power comes great responsibility. This vision inspires me to wake up every day excited to think about how I can use my skills to make a difference. Creating innovative solutions, especially using AI, is one of my main areas of interest and continuous study.

My commitment to technology goes beyond tools and programming languages; it is about building a culture where collaboration and mutual assistance are fundamental pillars. I believe in the importance of happy and engaged teams, and I strive to create environments where autonomy and trust are essential values.

Seeking new opportunities, I am looking for leadership roles in technology that allow me to apply my experience to build high-performance teams, always focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.   As Co-founder and Advisor of Typper, one of the top 100 technology startups in Brazil (by F6S), achieved a user base of over 50k, with more than 15k images, 17k texts, and 35k codes generated using AI.

  My responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing product development, managing the team, ensuring financial stability, and building partnerships. I am committed to fostering a culture of innovation and driving the company towards long-term success.

  Typper.io was born from the collective energy of four passionate tech enthusiasts who love technology, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence. As one of the founders and CEO, I am proud to say that Typper was an evolution of our previous venture.

  Created a robust technological structure for a rapidly growing company. I defined and supervised essential rituals such as dailies, technical refinements, planning, estimates, retrospectives, and product/technology weeklies. I standardized tools and development methods, including: conventions, commits patterns, automated tests, branches organizations and documentation. Furthermore, I developed a guide for roles, responsibilities, and career paths, focusing on technical skills, deliverables, human skills, leadership, and strategic impact.

  I contributed to the conception, planning, and execution of projects such as: Bank Credit Certificate (CCB), ERP integrations, Leverage System, Rediscount System, API integrations, Definition of a new Ledger structure, Improvements in customer platform experience and journey. Regarding technical enhancements, I assisted in the architecture and execution of: new authentication module, migration from monolithic to modular architecture, ETLs, creation of a design system, monitoring systems, SOLID implementation, front-end migration, AWS to GCP cloud migration;

  Successfully doubled the velocity of technology teams and fostered a strong tech culture.

  I restructured existing processes by introducing essential concepts such as documentation, estimates, technical task detailing, incident investigations, and monitoring improvements. My focus was also on keeping the team happy and engaged, achieving this through 1:1 meetings that allowed me to identify the team’s strengths and weaknesses. This resulted in a more motivated and confident team.

  I contributed to the design, documentation, and migration of our systems to a monorepo, and also worked on various deliveries with the team using the MOB Programming technique.   As a Tech Lead in the MagaluPay tribe, I led multiple squads dedicated to enhancing and expanding fintech products. I led the MagaluPay team during Black Friday preparations, ensuring stress tests, infrastructure projection, and issue identification to reduce costs. I identified points for improvement in infrastructure resources that reduced costs by applying cluster resizing.

  I technically led a team that created a digital account aimed at micro-entrepreneurs in Brazil. After our initial delivery, the product split into 10 new teams.

  I was responsible for planning and executing the integration of the MEI Fácil app (React Native) with Neon’s banking structure. To achieve this, we created an entire BFF structure to orchestrate calls to the existing microservices. On the MEI Fácil side, I structured and implemented services to facilitate an almost frictionless onboarding process, utilizing already existing information.

  This work resulted in the acquisition of 200,000 customers in the first year after launch.

  After the team division, I took on the technical leadership of the Activation and Onboarding teams.

  Since joining MEI Fácil from its inception, the focus has always been on innovation and making bureaucracy simpler for micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs) across Brazil.

  The initial concept of the MEI Fácil digital account was crucial in supporting our integration with Banco Neon. We began developing the entire product journey and integrating with external partners (Conductor).
